Your promotion very much depends on the type of product or service you’re promoting. If you’re promoting a healthcare product then you should join a healthcare forum and promote your product there. As a beginner you can always search for high traffic blogs and leave your comment. You also can join groups and do your promotion there.

Get some sort of training before you start. This will help you develop a plan and follow the plan. Identify your audience and see how old they are, what they like, where they spend their time online, etc. You absolutely have to devote time and stick to your plan. Learn as much as you can. Never stop learning. Take every success and failure as another learning opportunity.
