Lee says Mint.com integrates an editorial approach towards its blogs, bringing many outside voices and creating an online magazine.  Lee says his company&#8217;s blogs incorporate editorial calendars, voice guidelines and style guidelines for writers.  Mint&#8217;s blogs focus primarily on finance and in order to do so effectively, integrate information graphics to explain complex financial topics such inflation and/or how the FED works. Lee concludes with some tips on how to manage and guide a group of bloggers; these include hiring journalists, not marketers, creating compelling, entertaining and educational content, and finally promote your blog using social media tools and SEO to engage and attract your audience.</p>

<p>The other day, someone actually asked me what MLM was on one of my Facebook status updates&#8230; and this caused me to think &#8220;Holy smokes! MOST people really don&#8217;t have a clue about MLM, much less <a href="http://www.inet-3.com/blog" target=_self>internet marketing</a>, and even still less attraction marketing! I need to do something about this!&#8221; That day, my wonderful MLM vs IM vs AM venn-diagram was born. I wanted to showcase the advantages ANYONE can secure for themselves when they combine a solid code of ethics with up-to-date strategies and killer work ethic (over time) in each of these fields, so that people interested may be able to better evaluate for themselves which route they&#8217;d be interested in taking if they were already seeking a route to take, or at the very least educate themselves about what it is that I&#8217;ve chosen to do with my life so I don&#8217;t have to explain what MLM is on one of my status updates ever again, lol.</p>
